Aktuell (2025) erforsche ich die Möglichkeiten, die „Lumenprint“ bietet. Es gibt nicht viele Künstler:innen, die mit dieser Technik arbeiten, und die meisten Bilder, die man findet, sind dekorative Pflanzenbilder. Ich möchte erkunden, was mit dieser Technik alles möglich ist, jenseits von Dekoration.

Dafür sammle ich altes (und sehr altes Fotopapier). Ich arbeite an zwei grösseren Projekten und parallel dazu führe ich ein Lumenprint-Tagebuch. Die Idee dahinter: Die Aufgabenstellung, über meinen Alltag visuell zu reflektieren, soll mir helfen, ungewöhnliche Bild-Ideen zu entwickeln.

I am currently (2025) exploring the possibilities that ‘Lumenprint’ offers. There are not many artists working with this technique and most of the images you can find online are very decorative plant images. I want to explore what is possible with this technique beyond decoration.

I am collecting old (and very old) photographic paper for this. I’m working on two long term projects and at the same time I’m keeping a Lumenprint diary. The idea behind this: The task of visually reflecting on my everyday life should help me to develop unusual image ideas.
